Docbeecee Leadership Academy (DLA) is the name you can trust to equip you with leadership skills you need. We run Leadership master classes tailor made to suit your needs . Our leadership courses focus on the practical skills that are required for working effectively in the health sector. The courses will help participants to develop a clear sense of their own strengths and weaknesses in Management and leadership. Our participants study topics and practice skills associated with leading and managing self, building strong teams , supervising and delegating work, managing conflict , organisational culture management , leading change , strategy formulation and implementation, coaching and mentoring.
